Understanding

Understanding that the unexpected or unseen may happen is the first stage of disaster planning, this will be the difference from an interrupted service or a minimal interruption, lets think of Covid 19, who would have thought, but expecting the unknown is the vital first stage.

Planing

We plan for all eventualities from the every day business issue of staff sickness, power cuts, data interruption, vehicle break down to national emergencies.

Test

Our planning is routinely tested. we do this to insure that if a disaster occurs we know how to mitigate a disruption of service and more importantly if the plan will work and what improvements we can reasonably do.

Implement

Implementation thankfully rarely happens, However due to our planing and policies in place we were able to mitigate the effects of Covid 19 on our company, ensuring our clients assets were still in safe hands.
