A happy community is a good one!

Supporting communities, the vulnerable and tackling Antisocial Behaviour.

Empathy first.

Antisocial behaviour is a huge drain to the local councils and police forces, not to mention the negative and devastating effects it has on the local communities.

To tackle Antisocial behaviour you firstly have to have empathy, and only then can you have an understanding on how to tackle the problem. Left alone, such problems do destroy communities and families, creating fear, anxiety, mental health issues and creating a much bigger problem.

Understanding and reaching out.

Not all have the same support and start in lives. Isolation and lack of understanding without empathy can harvest ones negative feelings of self worth and a feeling of not being included or accepted into society with little future prospects. Equally, even those with the best starts in life can and do at times hit rock bottom. This is why we must firstly empathise and understand why a situation is where it is at, and only then can we start to tackle a problem.

Tackling the problem

Tackling a problem is not an easy or quick fix. We have experience in support and over the years have successfully reduced antisocial behaviour occurrences, liaising with both the Police and Local authorities. We are not old school heavies, and aim to gain trust and create a relationships within the communities we have been deployed in, by providing support and guidance with a non judgmental attitude. However, as a trained unit we are fully aware that situations happen and are able to deal with occurrences as they arise, however our aim is always prevention is better than cure and we have a proven record of successful cases.
