All keys are secured in a locked safe, then individually placed in sealed break free serial number key pouches, the serial number seal is there to ensure we know when and who used the key last and ensures good key management.

Key identification

A key will never have the building name or address on, it will simply be labelled with a number which will only be known to the the handler, the identification is never kept with the keys them self.

Audited

All keys no matter if not been used are audited every three months without fail. and are independently audited annually.

What if you lost our keys?

We have yet to lose a key, there has been times a client has failed to tell us the keys have been changed and forgot to issue us new ones but that’s another story :)

You may ask again, but what if?

Well lets say the impossible happened and we lost your key, we have insurance to make it right. but thankfully with our key management system it is highly unlikely!
